About the Options Plus Program

As an owner/operator and member of the Limousine Association of New Jersey or as an employee of a company that is a LANJ member, you may take advantage of the Options Plus benefits for yourself and your family.  As outlined below, there are five different plans from which to choose.

Member Enrollment Process

1. 1. Enroll in Options Plus (online or print/submit the Individual Application)
   2. Receive card and booklet in about 7-10 business days 
   3. Download my My Benefits Work app and create an account 
   4. Locate a provider through the app and make an appointment 
   5. Bring your card and pay the discounted rate at the time of service to save big!
